Learn what’s new for Advancement departments using Salesforce

The Salesforce Higher Ed Summit is always a great opportunity to catch up on the latest innovations. This year’s conference will have no shortage of exciting new developments on display.

Network with other innovative Advancement departments

Among the best reasons to attend any conference is the chance to network with your industry peers. For Advancement professionals, the Salesforce Higher Ed Summit provides countless opportunities.

You’ll find representatives from the Advancement departments at many of the most innovative schools in North America. You can share best practices with other schools using or considering the Salesforce platform, helping to improve your team’s processes and performance.

Plus, you’ll be exposed to bright minds from across higher education, including marketing, recruitment, and student services experts. Even if you share different goals, you can learn a lot from other the higher ed professionals in attendance.

Catch the great keynote speakers at the Salesforce Higher Ed Summit

One of our favorite parts of each years’ Higher Ed Summit is the incredible roster of keynote speakers. Luckily, 2019’s Summit may be the best yet!

This year, you can hear from legendary NBA player turned business executive and philanthropist, Earvin “Magic” Johnson. He’ll be presenting his inspiring story that’s touched everywhere from the sporting world to the charitable sector.

Another great session will be delivered by author Tara Westover. She’ll share her one-of-a-kind journey that brought her to graduate with a PhD from Cambridge University and a visiting fellowship at Harvard. She’ll discuss her new book, Educated, which became a #1 international bestseller.

Plus, you’ll get to hear from Admiral William H. McRaven, who served as Commander of U.S. Special Forces Command from 2011-2014 and Commander of U.S. Joint Special Operations Command from 2008-2011, among other executive positions. The retired U.S. Navy Four-Star admiral will share how his leadership skills led him to become a changemaker as Chancellor of the University of Texas System.
