Customer Success Specialist

SUMMARY

We are looking for a passionate individual who loves to help people and solve customer problems. You will be responsible for helping customers keep their mission critical fundraising systems running smoothly. Combining training and adoption, you will help customers maximize their technology investments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Communicate, track and resolve ~30 cases/week for customers

  • Engage new users with introductory training

  • Capturing and understanding customer needs

  • Staying up-to-date on new features and concepts

  • Escalate priority issues with Product and Development teams

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role

  • Ability to interact directly with customers at all levels

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment

  • Experience in Salesforce, CRM or Donation Management application is an asset

  • Experience in the nonprofit industry is an asset
