SUMMARY

Causeview is looking for a talented individual who likes people and problem solving. You can translate and implement customer requirements. You can coach users to increase adoption. You will be responsible for helping clients keep their mission critical Fundraising systems running smoothly. Combining business analysis, and software support responsibilities, this position is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to join a growing company, fulfill a desire to help those who help others.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement deliverables for new Causeview customers

  • Communicate, track and resolve cases for customers

  • Assist customers to follow best practices around CRM & Fundraising

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of experience in an implementation or technical support role

  • Ability to interact directly with customers at all levels

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment

  • Experience in Salesforce, CRM or Donation Management application is an asset

  • Experience in the non-profit industry is an asset
