Causeview Virtual Admin Overview
Causeview customers may require resources to effectively administer their Causeview system, and hiring a full-time SysAdmin resource is not always a cost effective option. Causeview’s Virtual Admin program provides access to expert resources as required. Causeview has established a team of “Virtual Admins” to provide the following services:
Causeview Functional Admin
- Setting up Campaigns, Appeals, and Events in Causeview
- Creating Actionpages for Campaigns, Appeals and Events
- Mass email communications through Customer’s selected service
- Developing or running reports and dashboards
- Managing Campaign Members
- Creating or updating Actionpages
- Creating or updating Email templates, Letters and Receipts
Causeview Technical Admin
- Basic Salesforce configuration and training
- Basic data loading using Salesforce’s data loader
- Adding/Updating fields to existing objects
- Create or update workflow elements (emails, tasks, alerts)
- Adjust page layouts where required
- Enable new Causeview features
- Update Causeview forms, develop custom form scripts, actions and automation
- Causeview consultation and Training
- Nonprofit Best Practices

Standard rate: $175/hour
